Living Mindfully: With Mental Anguish

There are many events in life that stop us in our tracks and cause us to question who we are and how we’re going to embrace our difficulties, causing stress and anxiety.

This mental anguish may have many causes including bereavement, loss, insomnia, a broken relationship, family disputes, childhood trauma or abuse, grief, depression, a diagnosis, betrayal, bullying, disappointment – amongst many other forms of suffering.

In this nurturing and empowering workshop, Allison Boyle educates participants in how to regain control over their lives and move forward towards greater peace of mind and a deeper understanding of themselves and others.

This workshop is interactive – questions and discussion are welcome.

Topics include

  • Moving from reacting to responding
  • Managing difficult emotions
  • Neuroplasticity – change your mind = change your brain
  • Epigenetics – how YOU contribute to your health
  • Understanding and improving relationships

You’ll leave this day

  • With a deeper understanding of yourself and others
  • Able to respond rather than react to people or situations
  • Knowing the keys to peace and resilience
  • With practical skills, strategies and evidence-based tools to live a better life
