Living well with Mental Anguish

There are many events in life that stop us in our tracks and cause us to question who we are and how we’re going to embrace our difficulties.

Mental anguish may have many causes including bereavement, loss, insomnia, a broken relationship, family disputes, childhood trauma or abuse, grief, depression, a diagnosis, betrayal, bullying, disappointment – amongst many other forms of suffering.

In this nurturing and empowering workshop, Petrea King educates participants in how to regain control over their lives and move forward towards peace of mind and a deeper understanding of themselves and others.
